We wish to know if the Danube–Bucharest Canal is finally finished. We are intending to bring our champion team back to Bilbao just after the game in our gabarra (see the pictures in the link below). We still do not know whether to navigate through the Rhine–Main–Danube Canal to the North Sea, or to sail through the Black Sea and the Mediterranean. We would appreciate your expertise in advising us.
